CarVaidya is a fast-growing automotive services company specializing in vehicle inspection, valuation, and automotive risk assessment solutions. We work with a wide network of banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, used-car dealerships, fleet operators, and individual customers who rely on us for accurate, transparent, and timely automotive evaluations.
As part of our expansion strategy, CarVaidya is looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to strengthen our market presence and develop long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the vehicle inspection and valuation domain.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, auto dealers, corporates, and channel partners.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.

• Conduct market analysis to identify new segments, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

• Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and service pitches.

• Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Drive contract negotiations and close high-value deals.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and reporting dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in automotive services, inspections, valuations, insurance, finance, or related sectors.

• Strong understanding of vehicle inspection workflows and valuation processes (preferred).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and travel when required.

• Established network in banking/insurance/automobile industries is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automobile Engineering, or related fields.
