Maruti Suzuki has strengthened the safety credentials of its popular compact SUV, the Brezza, by offering six airbags as standard across all variants. With this update, the Brezza now starts at ₹8.69 lakh (ex-showroom), making it one of the more safety-focused options in its segment.
Earlier, six airbags were limited only to the top-spec ZXI+ variant. As a result, the latest price revision affects all lower trims, while the range-topping ZXI+ remains unchanged since it already offered this feature. This move aligns with Maruti Suzuki’s broader focus on improving occupant safety and meeting evolving customer expectations.
What’s New in the 2025 Maruti Brezza?
With the update, all Brezza variants now come equipped with:
- Six airbags (front, side, and curtain)
- 3-point seatbelts for all passengers
- Height-adjustable front seatbelts
Enhanced rear seat comfort features like 60:40 split seats and a rear centre armrest
These additions significantly improve passenger protection, especially during side and rollover impacts—areas where additional airbags play a critical role.
