BMW Launches LWB Model: 0-100 km/h in 6.2s with ADAS

BMW 3 Series Long Wheelbase: German automaker BMW has launched the new 3 Series Long Wheelbase (LWB) in the Indian market. It has been introduced at an ex-showroom price of ₹62.60 lakh. Since the BMW 3 Series is one of the most popular sedans from the German automaker in India, it has now been updated with a long-wheelbase (LWB) version. Let’s learn more about this luxury sedan.

BMW 3 Series Long Wheelbase Design

There are no major changes to the exterior design of the updated 3 Series LWB. Its headlights have been upgraded to adaptive LED projector units, while elements like the signature BMW kidney grille with a chrome finish and a gloss-black finished rear diffuser can be seen.

In the 2025 BMW 3 Series LWB, the cabin trim strips are finished in new Aluminium Rhombicle Anthracite. This new luxury sedan has been launched in four exterior color options: Mineral White, Skyscraper Grey, M Carbon Black, and Arctic Race Blue.

In terms of safety, this new luxury sedan is equipped with Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) features, including Driver Attention Alert and Lane Change Assist. Other safety features include six airbags, Dynamic Stability Control (DSC), and Park Assist.

BMW 3 Series Long Wheelbase Powertrain

The new BMW 3 Series Long Wheelbase only has a petrol engine. It is powered by a 2.0-liter, four-cylinder TwinPower Turbo petrol engine that produces 258hp and 400Nm of torque. This engine is paired with an 8-speed Steptronic Sport automatic gearbox and can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.2 seconds.
