What's New On The Hyundai Creta, Creta Electric And Alcazar Lounge Edition?

All three Lounge Edition SUVs from Hyundai get a new 11.6-inch rear-seat entertainment screen that supports OTT streaming, phone mirroring and gaming through a dedicated app store. White ambient lighting has also been added inside the cabin. The rest of the features carry over unchanged from the trims the Lounge Edition is based on.

A new Golden Bronze exterior colour has been introduced across the range, alongside the existing colour options on each SUV. The alloy wheels are now finished in black, though sizes stay the same at 18 inches on the Creta and Alcazar and 17 inches on the Creta Electric. The front and rear skid plates, ORVMs, roof-mounted spoiler, roof rails and C-pillar garnish also get a blacked-out treatment. Inside, the cabin gets an all-black dashboard with silver inserts on the AC vents. Seat upholstery has been updated with what Hyundai calls a 'Lounge seat design pattern', and the headrests carry 'Lounge' embossing. As mentioned, the Alcazar Lounge Edition is the only variant among the three to introduce the new 5-seat layout. Commenting on the introduction of Lounge Editions across Creta, Alcazar and Creta Electric, Amit Dhaundiyal, Head, Product Strategy & Planning, HMIL, said, "At Hyundai, we continuously strive to create products and experiences that resonate with the evolving aspirations of our customers. Customers today seek experiences that go beyond mobility, and the new Lounge Edition has been designed with this evolving aspiration in mind. From lounge-inspired interiors, engaging digital entertainment and on-the-go gaming powered by rear-seat entertainment, to distinctive styling enhancements, every element has been thoughtfully crafted to make every journey more comfortable, connected, and rewarding. The Lounge Edition reflects Hyundai's commitment to delivering meaningful innovations and greater value across our SUV portfolio, and we are confident it will appeal to customers seeking a unique blend of luxury, comfort, entertainment and exclusivity in their everyday journeys."
