Hyundai Raises i20 N Line Prices by Up to ₹6,700 in India

in India by up to Rs 6,700 due to high input costs. The sporty premium
hatchback remains one of the most performance-oriented cars in its segment.
South Korean automaker Hyundai has revised the prices of its performance-focused hatchback, the i20 N Line. The latest price
hike has been attributed to rising input and production costs across the range.
Variants such as the N6, N8, and N8 DCT have become costlier by Rs 5,700, while the N8 Manual and the top-spec N8 DCT variants now command a premium of Rs 6,700. Following the revision, prices for the Hyundai i20 N Line now start at Rs 9.27 lakh (ex-showroom) and go up to Rs 11.73 lakh (ex-showroom).
The i20 N Line shares its overall design with
the standard i20 but features several sporty enhancements, including exclusive
N Line badging, a blacked-out grille, and a more aggressive exterior design.
It also gets front disc brakes with red brake
calipers, LED headlamps with signature DRLs, blacked-out ORVMs, a sporty
tailgate design, and Z-shaped LED tail lamps. All these features enhance the
sporty look of the Vehicle. Engine and Transmission
Powering the i20 N Line is a 1.0-litre
turbo-petrol engine that produces 120PS and 172Nm of torque. The engine is
paired with either a 6-speed manual transmission or a 7-speed DCT automatic
gearbox. The hatchback also offers multiple drive modes, including Eco, Normal,
and Sport.
