If they attach their card to their car, the toll booth automatically opens when their car passes through it. So, no toll will be deducted from their FASTag.
Now that FASTag cards have been issued, the central government believes that this notice board is not necessary. The government says that now all vehicles can pass through toll booths using the FASTag card system. Therefore, there is no need for this notice board anymore.
Rule: According to current regulations, the names of VIPs exempt from toll charges must be displayed on a billboard located 1 kilometer before the toll plaza. However, the government wants to change this feature soon.
