Honda Amaze is a popular sedan in the domestic market, with 2,019 new customers purchasing it in April 2025. This figure represents an annual growth of about 12 percent compared to 1,796 units sold in April 2024. If you are looking to buy a comfortable car on a budget, the Amaze is worth considering.

This month (May 2025), an attractive discount of up to ₹57,000 is also available on the Honda Amaze. In the domestic market, it competes with cars like the Maruti Suzuki Dzire. Let’s take a look at the price, features, and mileage details of the Honda Amaze.

Honda Amaze Price

In the domestic market, the new Honda Amaze price starts from ₹8.10 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to ₹11.19 lakh (ex-showroom) for the top ZX variant. It is available in three variants: V, VX, and ZX.

Features

The Honda Amaze is a feature-loaded sedan. It comes with an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system that supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Additionally, it offers a premium cabin design, automatic climate control, keyless entry, push-button start, and rear parking sensors.

Engine and Transmission

The Honda Amaze is powered by a 1.2-liter i-VTEC petrol engine that complies with E20 fuel standards. This powertrain produces 89 bhp and 110 Nm of torque. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual or a 7-speed CVT (automatic). The claimed maximum mileage is 20 KMPL.

Safety Features

The 2025 Honda Amaze is quite strong in terms of safety. It is India’s first sub-4-meter sedan to offer an Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS). Safety features include 6 airbags, adaptive cruise control, lane assist, autonomous emergency braking, ABS, EBD, brake assist, hill-hold control, traction control, and rear parking sensors.

With its attractive design and advanced features, the Honda Amaze is giving tough competition to cars like the Maruti Suzuki Dzire and Hyundai Aura in the sub-4 meter sedan segment. If you are looking for an affordable and safe sedan, the Honda Amaze is worth considering. However, the absence of a CNG option in the Amaze might be a slight drawback.
