MG Motor has introduced its new flagship SUV, the MG Majestor, in India’s full-size SUV segment. After the launch of the
Skoda Kodiaq last year and the Volkswagen Tayron R-Line recently, MG has now entered the space with this premium model. The MG Majestor is essentially a bigger and more luxurious upgraded version of the MG Gloster, featuring a new design, updated interior, and enhanced comfort features. Bookings have begun, and deliveries will start from May 2026.
Bold and Dominant Exterior Design
Front Profile:
While the Gloster had an elegant and subtle look, the MG Majestor comes with a more rugged and aggressive design. It features a large gloss-black grille that enhances its road presence. The SUV gets a split headlamp setup with slim LED DRLs on top and main LED headlamps in the lower bumper. A thick satin-silver skid plate highlights its off-road character. Integrated front parking sensors are also provided. Overall, the front looks bold and commanding.
Side Profile:
From the side, the silhouette is similar to the Gloster but appears longer. A strong shoulder line emphasizes its full-size identity. Thick body cladding and large wheel arches give it a muscular appeal. It rides on new 19-inch alloy wheels. Most chrome elements have been replaced with a gloss-black finish.
Rear Design:
The rear looks more modern and aggressive. It features connected LED tail lamps and a flatter tailgate design for a contemporary appearance. Thick cladding and a skid plate enhance durability, while twin exhaust outlets add a sporty touch. The large “MAJESTOR” badging gives it a distinct identity on the road.
Available color options include Pearl White, Metal Black, Metal Ash, and Concrete Grey.
